We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

For EU/EEA users we rely on: Performance of a Contract (to provide accommodation and booking services); Consent (marketing or location tracking); Legitimate Interests (user experience, fraud prevention, platform security); Legal Obligation (tax, regulatory, or law enforcement requests).

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary: with Hosts and Guests involved in a booking; with payment processors; with service providers (IT, analytics, identity verification) bound by confidentiality; with law enforcement or regulators where legally required or to protect rights and safety; in business transfers (mergers, acquisitions) with equivalent privacy protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary or as required by law: transaction and booking records 7 years (tax/audit); user account data until account is closed or deletion requested; communication logs up to 24 months after last contact. After these periods data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted storage of personal and payment information, restricted access controls, and regular monitoring. No online platform can guarantee absolute protection; use of the Services is at your own risk.
